These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Arowk website and platform at arowk.com, and your subscription to Arowk (“we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using Arowk, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Arowk is a subscription software platform (SaaS) that provides business management tools including CRM, sales & proposals, billing & accounting, projects & tasks, HR & people, vendor management, inventory, support desk, marketing, operations, and personal finance modules. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Free Trial
New accounts may start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin a trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription. We may change trial terms for future signups at any time.
4. Subscription Plans & Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor, Stripe, at the rates listed on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Arowk for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the platform
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service for other users
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
7. Your Data
You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to or create within Arowk (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide the service to you. On request, we will make your Customer Data available for export, and will delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy after account closure, subject to legal retention requirements.
8. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Arowk platform, software, and branding. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the platform in accordance with your subscription.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arowk's total liability arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
You may stop using Arowk and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees, with notice where reasonably possible.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Law Placeholder — jurisdiction to be confirmed]. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts or arbitration forum of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of Arowk after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
